Our Epicure Bites & Bar combo menus are perfect for daytime weddings, especially for cruise ship couples looking for the best all inclusive destination wedding packages possible given their time constraints. Norbu’s chef will source organic, free-range and GMO free ingredients to make these bites not only appealing to the eye, but also delicious and as healthy as possible. Please feel free to request your favorite protein or sides if not listed.

Our plated surf & turf dining options (day or evening) are perfect for USVI weddings with traditional receptions including toasts, cake cutting & dancing, or more formal corporate events. Plated dining requires a minimum of two hours of time at the villa, as the courses are elegantly served in carefully timed stages. A chef’s fee of $500 will apply for groups with 10 guests or less. A Garden & Reef Organic Table is available for groups of less than 20. Our friendly, approachable expert chef will collaborate with you to accommodate dietary restrictions & special requests.

YOUR PLATED MENU PACKAGES DO NOT INCLUDE THE BAR MENU. THERE’S A $18.75/HOUR PER GUEST FEE FOR THE PREMIUM BAR MENU WITH A 4 HOUR MINIMUM. THIS RATE INCLUDES PROFESSIONAL BARTENDERS, MIXOLOGISTS & SCHOTT ZWIESEL GLASSWARE USING ALL ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PRODUCTS. A 20% SERVICE FEE WILL APPLY.

Villa Norbu offers a full range of fine wines, spirits, and imported/domestic/locally brewed beers for all our weddings, anniversary parties, and corporate events in the USVI. The villa’s direct relationship with the island’s top purveyors results in an extensive portfolio that is simply astonishing. We recommend and provide Pinot Noir & Sauvignon Blanc/Chardonnay house wines for our plated surf & turf entrees. All premium bar packages include sparkling wine, sodas, sparkling water, spa water, and fruit juices. Wine & Champagne upgrades are readily available upon request to create your own personalized all inclusive package.


Lobster Provisioning


Fresh Caribbean Lobster provisions for Yachts & Villas

We have partnered with a team of reliable local lobster divers to deliver the Virgin Islands’ freshest, sustainable whole Caribbean lobsters direct to your villa or yacht on St. Thomas. Our lobsters can be delivered either alive, or pre-cleaned & halved - ready for grilling, baking or broiling. Minimum order size is 20 pounds of whole lobsters; perfect for 6-8 people. We offer several all inclusive lobster dinner packages including everything you’ll need for the perfect lobster feast: organic butter, fresh garlic, zesty lemons, and crisp pairing wines from California, France, & New Zealand.
